At ProfessionalFollowers.com, we provide digital services only (LinkedIn followers and related solutions). As this is an intangible product, there are no returns once an order has been processed and delivered.
We believe in being transparent, so below are the exact conditions under which refunds are and are not provided.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund in the following cases only:
- ✅ If the link you provided does not point to any LinkedIn profile or company page, and therefore followers cannot be delivered.
- ✅ If your delivered followers drop within 30 days of the order date.
No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- ❌ If you entered the wrong link, but it still points to a valid LinkedIn profile or company page where followers can be delivered.
- ❌ If followers unfollow you after 30 days of the order date.
- ❌ If you accidentally made the payment but later decide you no longer wish to proceed with the order.
- ❌ If you are unhappy with the quality, type, or attributes of the followers you received (all orders are delivered as described).
Important Notes
- All refund claims must be submitted to contact@professionalfollowers.com with your order details.
- If you open a dispute on PayPal, we use PayPal Seller Protection and provide proof of service/delivery. This usually results in the dispute being closed in our favor. To avoid unnecessary delays and issues, it is always better to contact us directly first for resolution.
No Return Policy
Since we deal in digital services, there are no returns. Once an order has been processed and delivered, it cannot be reversed or returned.
